jarrellThe Family of Tyler Jarrell has retained the firm of Kitrick, Lewis & Harris to help find answers as to the sad events that occurred on July 26, 2017 at the Ohio State Fair. Violently thrown from an amusement ride, a young man who had just pledged to protect the country he loved as a United States Marine had his life unexpectedly cut short—bringing shock and grief to the community that had watched him grow into a strong individual with a promising future.

The incident resulted in one death and seven others seriously injured, amounting to what Ohio Governor John Kasich called, “The worst tragedy in the history of the fair.” Whether or not it could have been avoided is the question weighing on most people’s minds, and Kitrick, Lewis & Harris intend to bring closure by working closely with Introtech—a company known for crash reconstructions—as well as the State Highway patrol, the Department of Agriculture, the state of Ohio and the city of Columbus. Ultimately, the law firm wishes to ensure that other families don’t have to endure such a loss and that justice is served for Tyler.
