Have you ever wondered if your car has a recall or worried that your car may be unsafe to drive? Yesterday the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) released a free way for consumers to determine if their car has been recalled. All you need is your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The VIN can be found on the drivers side dash or door. Once you have the VIN go to www.safercar.gov/vinlookup and discover if there are any incomplete safety recalls regarding your vehicle.
