Johnson & Johnson/DePuy has finally agreed to settle the claims pending against it related to its defective metal-on-metal hip implants. The proposed settlement applies to all patients who received a defective hip and had it replaced.
Last week St. Xavier ('73-First Honors) high school graduate Mark Kitrick visited his alma mater to teach 450 sophomores about the dangers of distracted driving. This is a program called "60 For Safety."
